Affiliate discovery for regulated markets
Find the affiliate partners your market actually reads
Afficruiter is affiliate recruitment software for iGaming operators and agencies. It finds the affiliate sites that rank in each market you choose, ranks them within that market, finds the contact details they publish, and tracks where your brand appears on their pages.
Market-aware discovery, real SEO metrics and compliance filtering, in one pass.
English-language workspace · Compliance filter applied before any domain reaches your list
We find affiliates all over the world
Four stages. One pass.
Exported affiliate directories are stale and market-blind. Afficruiter runs one pass per market, and shows its work at every stage.
Discovery
Search finds the affiliate domains that actually rank in your market, and every market is searched in its own language.
Classification
Every domain is screened from its own pages rather than from a directory entry: read, judged on whether it is an affiliate business at all, and given one of eight affiliate types when it is. Screening is cache-first, so a site we still hold a current reading of is answered from that reading instead of being crawled again. A site the reading cannot type is left untyped, and a site your rules exclude is dropped with the reason recorded on its row.
Rank
Every site you keep and could recruit gets a place among the others you keep in that market: one figure on its row, with the size of the list it is read against. A place is worked out inside one market and never pooled across markets, so a partner can be first in one of your markets and tenth in the next. Two sites the ranking cannot tell apart share a place, and the site below them is ranked past the gap rather than promoted into it. A site nothing has been scored for in a market has no place there and says so in words, never a zero and never last. Each row also carries what you did about it, contacted or not, on one control you set.
Monitoring
The partners you keep are re-checked on the cadence you choose: every Saturday, the first Saturday of the month, or off. That cadence queues the next check, and a check answered from our stored copy of the page repeats that stored reading rather than proving the page today. Each check measures your position again, and a position is only ever reported when two independent readings of the page agree on it. A change is only reported between two readings that each concluded something, so a run that could not tell you where you stand is never shown as a drop.
From brand to prospect list in four steps
Connect your brand
Add your brand domain and the operator names you trade under. Afficruiter uses them to recognise your placements on a partner page. That is what makes position tracking possible later.
- Brand domain and any redirect domains
- Operator names, aliases and licence entities
- Markets you hold a licence in
Pick markets
Your first sign-in opens a five-question setup: the brand you want affiliates for, your own platform branding, your target markets, a monitor cadence and a couple of questions about you. Markets is the question this step is named after. You pick from the markets the engine supports, and the answer seeds the markets a search runs against.
- Your markets, chosen from every live market
- How we rank the sites we find for you.
- A review of all five answers, with an edit link into any of them
Run discovery
Discovery runs once a week, four times each calendar month, and each run carries a quarter of your plan's new sites for that calendar month. It can run by itself, or you can launch the week's run early with your own keywords, verticals and markets, and confirm it before it runs. Each domain is reported as it is found, screened, typed and scored, with the reason recorded when one is dropped. A week you do not use carries forward within the month, and a run that reaches its share stops cleanly and keeps everything it had already found.
- Up to 10 keywords and up to 5 markets in one search
- A confirmation step before you launch it
- A run that hits a limit stops, it does not fail
Get prospects
What you end with is a prospect list rather than a report: each site with its place among the others you keep in that market, what it covers, any contact address the site publishes, its position on the partner's own list where one could be verified, and whether you have contacted it. Export it, or hand the sites you keep to monitoring.
- A place per market, or the reason a site has none
- Contact addresses taken from the site's own pages, where it publishes one
- CSV export, and re-checks on the cadence you set
Getting started begins with an account rather than a sales call. Start discovering at the top of this page opens one, and your first sign-in walks you through the setup questions before anything runs.
Six things it does, and nothing it does not
Nothing on this page is a roadmap item: if it is not built, it is not here.
Multi-market discovery
Every market is searched in its own language, and every site is ranked inside that market rather than pooled across them.
AI classification
Every domain is typed and checked for market relevance and operator overlap before it can reach your prospect list.
Per-market ranking
Every site you keep is placed against the others you keep in that market, so a partner strong in one of your markets is never presented as strong in the next.
Position tracking
See where your brand sits on each partner page, and exactly what moved since the last check.
Monitoring
Scheduled re-checks on the partners you keep, with an in-app alert to the whole team when a position moves.
Compliance signals
Injected spam and thin or PBN-style editorial are dropped before a domain reaches your list, and so are non-GamStop operators for brands set to exclude them, with the reason recorded on the row.
Three tiers. Sites are the cap.
Prices exclude VAT. Every plan sells new affiliate sites found each calendar month, and the sites it keeps under monitoring.

New sites arrive in four weekly runs each calendar month, each carrying a quarter of the allowance; a week you do not use carries forward within the month, and the allowance starts again on the 1st. Monitored sites are a standing count, not a monthly one. A site that already promotes your brand never counts against your allowance. Top-up packs of 25, 100 or 250 sites cost €25, €85 or €189 and last until they are spent. Each pack always brings the search budget to find all of its sites. Every plan includes every live market. Yearly billing is ten monthly payments, so two months are free. Every plan is paid from the first month, with no trial period.
View the full list of features
Every capability here is on all three plans. What changes is the number of new sites found for you each calendar month, the number of sites kept under monitoring and the number of seats, all three on the rows above.
Find
- Discovery searches: Up to 10 keywords and up to 5 markets in one search, and every market is searched in its own language.
- A confirmation before you spend, not after: A search you launch asks you to confirm before it starts, and says what it will do. Nothing counts against your plan until you press. Your weekly run starts on its own at the start of each week, from the split you saved, and you can turn that off.
- Screening from the site's own pages: Each domain is read and judged on whether it is an affiliate business at all, then given one of eight affiliate types. A site the reading cannot type is left untyped rather than guessed at.
- Compliance exclusions, with the reason kept: Injected gambling spam and thin or PBN-style editorial are dropped, and so are sites promoting non-GamStop operators, on the brands that exclusion is set for. Every exclusion is recorded on the row with its reason.
- Contact discovery: Addresses the site publishes on the page we read during screening, including the ones hidden behind email protection. Each is stored with the site it came from, when it was captured, and the lawful basis it is held under.
- Brand lookup: Ask which sites already mention your brand, answered either from readings we hold or as a fresh search.
Rank
- A place per market, not a score: Every site you keep and could recruit gets a place among the others you keep in that market, with the size of that list beside it. What you read is where a site stands, rather than a number you have to interpret.
- Worked out inside one market: A place is never pooled across markets, so a partner can be first in one of your markets and tenth in the next. The list ranks in one market at a time and names which, so every place you read belongs to a market on screen, and you switch markets to read the same sites in another one's order.
- Ties share a place, and keep the gap: Two sites the ranking cannot tell apart share a place, and the site behind them is ranked past the gap rather than promoted into it. Inventing an order between two sites nothing separates would be a distinction we do not hold.
- A site with no place says so: A site nothing has been scored for in a market reads as not yet ranked, never as a zero and never as last. A site that already promotes your brand is not ranked as one to recruit, and says that instead.
Watch
- Re-checks on the cadence you set: Every Saturday, the first Saturday of the month, or off. It is one setting for the whole workspace, and the cadence queues the next check on the partners of every brand in the workspace. A check answered from our stored copy of a page repeats that stored reading rather than proving the page today.
- Four honest readings, not two: A check reads as ranked, not on their list, not verified, or no reading. A run that could not tell you where you stand is never reported as an absence, and a change is only reported between two readings that each concluded something.
- Position checks you save: Keep a check against a partner page, give it its own cadence, and read its history. A position is only ever written onto your row when two independent readings of the page agree on it.
- Alerts that reach the whole team: When a position moves, every member of the workspace is told in the app. A run you launch yourself also emails you and the workspace's owners when it finishes.
Review and export
- A workspace overview: Your sourcing funnel, prospects by vertical, pipeline growth and outreach, over a preset or a date range you choose yourself.
- The prospect list itself: Every site with its place among the ones you keep in that market, what it covers, its affiliate type, any contact address it publishes, its position on the partner's own list where one could be verified, and whether you have contacted it.
- CSV export, and a record of it: Export the list you are looking at. Every export is recorded with who ran it and how many rows it carried.
Team and account
- Seats for the people who sign in: A seat is one person who can sign in, the owner included, and an invite holds a seat from the moment it is sent. The owner invites and removes; every member can see who is in the workspace.
- Every live market, on every plan: A market is listed only once its rules are built, never before. A market we have added recently uses our general keyword set until its own is built, so its scoring is thinner rather than wrong, and the market list tells you which those are.
- Two-factor sign-in, required: Time-based codes from your own authenticator app. It is not an option to switch on: no portal screen opens until a code is verified, and a first sign-in with no authenticator set up is sent to enrol one.
- An allowance of new sites each calendar month: New sites are counted when they reach you, which means a search found the site, kept it and delivered it. A site found in two markets counts twice. A site that already promotes your brand is never counted, because you are not paying us to find what you already have. A run that reaches the limit stops cleanly and keeps everything it had already found.
- A standing number of sites monitored: Monitoring re-checks the sites you keep, on the cadence you choose. Sites under monitoring are a standing count, not a monthly one: the number falls when a site leaves your list. One site tracked under two of your brands takes one place, not two.
- Erasure requests, worked by hand: Someone whose address we hold can ask for it to be removed by writing to the contact named in our privacy policy. The address is then deleted everywhere we hold it and added to a suppression list, so a later read cannot bring it back.

Frequently asked
Which markets do you cover?
Each market is searched in its own language, and each site is ranked against the other sites in that market, not against the whole internet. We only add a market once its rules are actually built, not when we plan to build them. A market we added recently starts with our general keyword set until its own is ready, so its results are thinner rather than wrong, and the market picker marks those markets for you.
How does compliance filtering work?
It runs while we screen each site, on the site's own pages, and three rules are built:
- we drop sites carrying injected spam;
- we drop sites whose content is thin or looks like part of a private blog network;
- if your brand asks for it, we drop sites that list or promote non-GamStop or offshore operators.
Every site we drop is recorded with its reason, so you can see what went and why. It is a screening step, not a legal or licensing review of the site.
Where do the SEO metrics come from?
Each site is measured in each market it appears in, and each reading is kept and reused while it is fresh. There are four:
- estimated monthly organic traffic;
- domain authority, on the 0 to 1000 scale the data is sold on;
- referring domains;
- the keywords the site ranks for.
A fifth, niche relevance, we work out ourselves from how visible the site is for gambling keywords in your market. If we don't have a figure, we treat it as unknown rather than zero, so it adds nothing. These readings decide the order of your list. A site we have no readings for yet has no place in that market's list, and its row says so.
Do you find contact details for each site?
Only when the site publishes them. We take addresses from the pages we already read while screening, including ones hidden behind email protection. We never buy lists, guess addresses from name patterns or make them up. Each address is stored with the page it came from, when we found it, and the legal basis we hold it on: legitimate interest, business to business. If someone asks to be removed, we delete the address everywhere we hold it and add it to a suppression list, so a later crawl can't bring it back. Plenty of sites publish nothing, and their rows say so rather than showing a likely address.
How does brand position monitoring work?
You choose how often, every Saturday or on the first Saturday of the month, and each check looks again at your position on every partner page you monitor. Your position is where your brand's call to action sits among all the operator calls to action on the page, because that is how a top list really ranks brands. We also show the rank the page prints itself, labelled as unverified.
When a check has to use our stored copy of a page, it repeats the stored reading rather than claiming to know what the page says today. We only report a change when both readings reached a clear answer. A page we couldn't re-read, or where the two readings disagreed, is shown as exactly that. A site is flagged as overdue once two full cadence periods pass without a check.
What counts as a verified position?
Only a position that two separate readings of the page agree on. One is an AI model's ordered list of the operators the page ranks. The other is the page's own outbound offer links, in the order they appear in its code. Then four checks must pass:
- both readings agree on how many operators are ranked;
- your brand is confirmed at the same place in both;
- no other operator matches that place as strongly;
- most of the other operators line up at their own places too.
If any check fails, we keep the reading and its evidence, but it never becomes your position. A wrong position is worse than no position.
How do the plan limits work?
Your plan gives you a number of new affiliate sites each calendar month. A site counts once a search has found it, kept it and delivered it to you, and a site found in two markets counts twice. The month's allowance arrives in four weekly runs of a quarter each. A week you don't use carries forward within the month, and the allowance starts again on the 1st. A site that already promotes your brand is never counted. When a run reaches its share, it stops cleanly and keeps what it found.
If you need more, top-up packs add 25, 100 or 250 sites for €25, €85 or €189, before VAT, and a pack lasts until it is used. Each pack always brings the search budget to find all of its sites. Monitoring is separate: your plan sets how many sites you can watch at once, and that number goes down when a site leaves your list.
Can I pay another way than by card?
Yes. Checkout takes card payments. If you would rather pay another way, email support@afficruiter.com and we will set it up for you.
Can I re-score or re-classify a site?
Yes, and looking at a site again doesn't always mean crawling it again. If we still hold a reading of the site, we answer from it and bill it as a stored re-read. That is how sites classified before the eight affiliate types existed get their type filled in. Scoring is different, because its inputs are bought. Scoring a site in a market where you haven't scored it before is a new purchase and is charged like one, and it is what gives that site a place in that market's list.
Can I work in more than one market at once?
Yes. One search can cover up to five markets. Each site it finds belongs to the market it was found in and goes into that market's list. If a later search finds the same site in another market, it gets a separate place there. The two places are never averaged: each market's order is worked out on its own, which is why a partner can be first in one of your markets and tenth in another.
Niche relevance works the same way: it is measured against our gambling keywords for the market being scored. The one exception is older scores. Their niche figure was measured against the country your workspace was set up in at the time, and it stays that way until the site is scored again, which is charged like any other score.
How many people can use one workspace?
One on Scout, three on Growth and six on Operator. A seat is one person who can sign in, including the owner, and an invite takes a seat from the moment it's sent until it is accepted or expires. We never sign anyone out to make the numbers fit: a workspace that ends up over its limit keeps everyone, and simply can't invite anyone new until a seat frees up.
Is any of this shared between customers?
The readings are, your list isn't. What a site is, what type it is and what its pages contain is read once and kept in a shared cache, which is why asking about a site with a current reading doesn't trigger another crawl. Everything else is yours: your prospects, where each one places among the sites you keep, your contact list and your positions all belong to your workspace, and no other customer can see them. We never hand the stored page text behind a reading to any customer.
How do I get started?
You set up the account yourself. Start discovering, at the top of this page, takes you to sign-up. You choose a plan and the workspace is yours; there is no trial period. Your first sign-in walks you through five setup questions. Most answers can be changed later: your branding in Settings, your monitoring schedule on the Monitoring screen, and your markets on every search you run. Your brand details and the two questions about you are asked once.
